With a vegetal atmosphere inspired by lush gardens, the Green Up salad bar offers a soothing oasis in the city centre of Lausanne.
As organic patterns and natural hues dress the space, the solid oak bar is highlighted by deep green ceramic tiles that echo with the pendant lamps overlooking it. The colourful hints, in sage green and coral, bring freshness to the interior. Paying tribute to the vegetal world, Studio Julia Christ has chosen natural materials such as the rattan bar stools to furnish the space. In this bright bar bathed in natural light reigns a warm and invigorating ambiance, in perfect harmony with the feel-good, healthy and seasonal cuisine proposed by Green Up.
Studio Julia Christ also worked on the graphic identity of Green Up. Thus, organic shapes and soft shades brighten up the large windows as well as the menus presented on the wall in bespoke oak frames created by a local craftsman.
